3. Use of the Service
You agree to use PackSmart only for its intended purpose of travel preparation and planning. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service excessively
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its outputs without permission
- Submit false or misleading information intended to manipulate the system

PackSmart generates travel preparation plans automatically. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:
- Generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies
- Visa requirements, entry rules, and travel advisories change frequently — always verify with official government sources and embassies
- Safety information is general guidance and does not replace official travel advisories from your government
- Budget estimates are approximate and may not reflect current prices
- Packing suggestions are recommendations only — your personal needs may vary

5. Pro Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription Plans
PackSmart Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99/month) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($49.99). All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly Pro subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of your most recent payment for a refund of that payment. Lifetime purchases: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact hello@packsmartapp.com for refund requests.
6. Intellectual Property
The PackSmart brand, logo, website design, and original content are the property of PackSmart. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding, code, or design without written permission.
Travel plans generated for you are yours to use, download, print, and share for personal purposes. You may not commercially resell generated travel plans as your own product.
7. User Content
When you use our contact form or communicate with us, you retain ownership of your content. By submitting feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant PackSmart permission to use this feedback to improve our service without obligation or compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackSmart and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Travel disruptions, missed flights, or denied entry based on information from PackSmart
- Financial losses from incorrect budget estimates

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PackSmart in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to keep PackSmart available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

11. Flight & Hotel Search, Bookings, and Affiliate Links
Important: PackSmart is not a travel agency, airline, hotel, or booking platform. All flight and hotel bookings are processed entirely by third-party providers. PackSmart bears no responsibility for bookings, payments, cancellations, or customer service related to travel purchases.
Flight & Hotel Search
PackSmart provides a flight and hotel search feature powered by third-party metasearch technology (Travelpayouts). This feature allows you to compare prices across multiple airlines and booking platforms. When you select a flight or hotel, you will be redirected to the respective third-party booking provider's website to complete your purchase.
Booking Responsibility
PackSmart does not process, facilitate, or manage any bookings, payments, or transactions. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective third-party provider (such as airlines, hotels, Aviasales, Kiwi.com, or other booking platforms). You acknowledge that:
- PackSmart is not a party to any booking transaction between you and a third-party provider
- Prices displayed on PackSmart are sourced from third parties and may change at the time of booking
- All payment processing, ticket issuance, confirmations, cancellations, refunds, and customer support are handled solely by the third-party booking provider
- PackSmart does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any prices, schedules, or travel information shown in search results
- Any disputes regarding bookings must be resolved directly with the third-party provider
